These Terms of Use govern access to and use of gafam.ai, operated by Raphael Dudler, Switzerland. By using this website, you agree to these terms in full. All matters are subject to Swiss law, in particular the Swiss Code of Obligations (Obligationenrecht, OR).
2. Free and Members-Only Content
gafam.ai publishes daily news articles that are freely accessible to all visitors. Certain content — including exclusive forecasts, strategic analyses, and forward-looking assessments — is reserved for paying members only. Access to members-only content requires an active membership subscription.
3. Membership & Pricing
- Membership is available at CHF 29.90 per month.
- The first month is free of charge with no commitment.
- Membership renews automatically for one additional month at the end of each billing period.
- Members may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. gafam.ai accepts credit and debit cards. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is not stored on gafam.ai servers. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content published on gafam.ai — including articles, forecasts, scripts, and imagery — is the intellectual property of Raphael Dudler / gafam.ai. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
The content published on gafam.ai is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. gafam.ai makes no representations as to the completeness or accuracy of any information and accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of content published on this site.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
